ILLUSION FINTECH - Terms of Services

By accessing this website or hiring ILLUSION FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED for IT consulting, custom software's, web design, cloud security services, AI deployment services or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Services. If you disagree with any clause, please terminate usage of our systems. 

We "ILLUSION FINTECH" deliver custom software architecture designs, website programming, mobile apps, database integrations, cloud hosting configurations, and technical support as a consultant with all corporate institutions. The exact specifications, timelines, and deliverables are detailed in the individual project contracts agreed upon with our clients. 

Unless explicitly negotiated otherwise in writing, ownership of custom-developed software systems, source codes, design files, and operational guides transfers to the client upon full receipt of final project payments. ILLUSION FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves all rights to utilize standard reusable component templates and base codes developed by our team. 

Clients agree to provide accurate operational specifications, prompt feedback during project reviews, and appropriate mock data where required. ILLUSION FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for timeline extensions arising from delays in receiving assets or instructions. 

Services are billed according to the milestones specified in the respective work order. Invoices must be paid within the agreed number of days from the date of generation. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend system deployments or server access if invoices remain unpaid. All Services and Taxation charges of ILLUSION FINTECH, along with the support services timeframe, must always be mentioned in the invoices too.

Both parties agree to protect proprietary materials, corporate databases, and business concepts shared during negotiations or execution. Confidential disclosures are guarded with standard operational security measures. 

In no event shall ILLUSION FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED be held liable for indirect, accidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or data leaks) arising from system usage or deployment delays, unless caused by gross professional negligence.
