Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all payments made to ILLUSION FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been successfully processed, no refund, cancellation, or chargeback will be accepted except where required under applicable law.
Applicable into all services-
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, all amounts paid up to that stage are non-refundable. Any completed work, source code, designs, documentation, or deliverables remain the property of ILLUSION FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED until all outstanding payments are cleared.
Customers may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
If we are unable to deliver the purchased service due solely to our fault, we may, at our sole discretion:
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback after receiving access to our software or services may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal recovery of outstanding dues.
